2. Data we process and purpose

We process the data you voluntarily provide through our forms:

• Contact form: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message. Purpose: to handle your enquiry, request for information or quote.
• "Work with us" form: name, email, phone, area or role of interest, your message and, where applicable, the CV you attach. Purpose: to manage your application in our recruitment processes.

We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include sensitive data (health, ideology, etc.) in your messages or CV.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), as well as the legitimate interest of Berintel in handling and responding to your request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). For applications, processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

4. Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, once completed, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. Application data will be kept for a maximum of one year, in order to consider you for future recruitment processes, unless you request its erasure sooner.

5. Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service, your data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors, always under the relevant agreement and with the appropriate safeguards:

• Web hosting provider (servers in the European Union), which hosts the site and technically processes the submission of the forms.
• Email service associated with the domain berintel.es, to receive and manage communications.

6. International transfers

This website loads resources from Google (Google Fonts and, on the contact page, a Google Maps map). When loaded, these services may process your IP address and transfer data to Google LLC servers in the United States, covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses). We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, including encryption of the website's communications via the HTTPS protocol.
